Ceramic heat exchanger /regenerator is an advanced heat transfer device made of technical ceramics such as mullite, which can handle ultra-high temperatures up to 1400 ° C to 1700 ° C and severe chemical corrosion that damages traditional metals.
Our honeycomb ceramic exchanger comes in various materials, and different materials and specifications can be selected according to different customers and usage conditions.
Manufactured from high-purity cordierite, mullite and corundum raw materials, our honeycomb ceramic regenerator features uniform honeycomb channel structure, large specific surface area and low air resistance. The product achieves rapid heat absorption and heat release during continuous cold and hot alternating cycles, supporting a heat recovery efficiency of over 95%. It effectively reduces fuel consumption, lowers operating costs and improves overall combustion efficiency for industrial systems.
With excellent thermal shock resistance and high-temperature structural stability, the ceramic regenerator avoids cracking, powdering and deformation under frequent temperature changes. It maintains stable performance in long-term continuous high-temperature operation, greatly extending service cycles and reducing maintenance frequency for industrial furnaces and environmental protection equipment.
